Elena co-founded and directed I-MADE (Italian Manufacture Art & Design Exhibition) at the Saatchi Gallery during the London Design Festival 2019.
Exclusively dedicated to Made in Italy design, the 5-day exhibition showcased products by more than 50 selected brands from all over the country.
With renowned designer Giulio Cappellini in the role of art director and ambassador, I-MADE hosted satellite exhibitions and a line-up of international talents who took the stage for a series of design talks.

I-MADE co-founder and director
Originally from a small town in the heart of Italy, Elena moved to Milan to study Communication in the Arts Market at the IULM University.
After an inspiring internship at the Superstudio Group in Milan, where she had the opportunity to meet with designers, attend fashion fairs, art performances, entertainment events, and overall bask in creativity, she started to dream about London.
From 2015, while running the Gagliardi Gallery in Chelsea, Elena has been selected as co-curator and publishing manager of the EXPO Chianciano 2016 and the London Art Biennale 2017.
Elena co-founded and directed I-MADE (Italian Manufacture Art & Design Exhibition), the first exhibition in London solely dedicated to Italian design, held at the Saatchi Gallery during the London Design Festival 2019 and curated by renowned designer Giulio Cappellini.
Member of the International Confederation of Art Critics (ICAC) since 2016, Elena co-authored several publications on contemporary artists and museum catalogues, acting as the link between viewer and artwork.
In parallel, she completed a Master’s Degree in Arts and Cultural Management at King’s College London, as well as a course in Curating the Museum at the Tate Modern.
